My name is April and I have been an AFAA certified instructor and personal trainer for 25 years. I started with the original Sportslife and worked with them for years along with many other gyms in Atlanta. I have taught just about everything but now it is mostly cardio fusion, body-sculpting, step and Pilates.
I have been an avid runner all my life and enjoy just about anything that involves being outside and working out . My passion has always been about making exercise fun while at the same time challenging for our members.  My biggest goal is always wanting them to feel comfortable enough to want to come back and yet push themselves just alittle bit more each time.  I absolutely love teaching and helping women feel and look better and God willing I will continue to do this for as long as I am able.  It isn’t a job for me, it is a joy, and I am blessed to be able to help others have a healthier life and develop friendships along the way .

I have been teaching Yoga since 2003.  My goal is to make Yoga friendly to everyone who wants to try it.  There is nothing more rewarding than hearing  a new student say “Wow! I didn’t know I could do that!”, or hear a regular yogini tell me about the progress in her practice.  If you’ve never done Yoga, join us for a class.

I am Jane, and I have been teaching group exercise for more than 20 years.  I’ve been married to my husband  for 30 years and we have 2 amazing sons  and one daughter in law.  Teaching group exercise for me is not a job…it’s a calling and a beautiful ministry that God has allowed me to be a part of.  I love to encourage women and build them up.  It blesses me to be a part of people’s lives through teaching fitness.  One tip that I like to share is to make attainable goals and set yourself up for success.  Often times we try to do it all at one time, we become overwhelmed and end up defeated.  Set a goal, make it a habit, have success and then set a new one.  Live one day at a time and enjoy being you!  You are beautiful!

I am Lisa, and I am certified in Group Fitness and Personal Training through AFAA.  I have been teaching group fitness for over 15 years and at Ladies Workout for 5 years.  I teach Low Impact, Kickbox, Bar and Senior Fitness.  My favorite class is one where I can inspire everyone to give their all and have fun while doing it.
In addition to being a Fitness Professional, I am a mother to four. My children attend school in the Brookwood Cluster and are involved in various sporting activities: swimming, golf, soccer, football, running.  We stay very busy!!!
One thing that I want people to know about working out is that it can be fun!  Find out what you love to do and JUST DO IT!!

My name is Neicy and I have been at LWE for 10 years now.  First as a member, then I enjoyed it so much that I became an instructor and have loved teaching classes ever since.  I love Kickbox, Spin, Zumba, Step – it just depends on my mood that day.  My background is in theatrical dance so I bring that with me to the floor as we ham it up in Zumba class.  I have 4 beautiful kids at home that keep me busy running after them.  My fitness goal is to be able to run after my grandchildren as well. My fitness advice to you is to exercise to be fit, not skinny, eat to nourish your body and instead of focusing on the weight of your body going down, focus on the weight of your dumbbells going up.

My name is Shannon. I moved to Georgia from Louisiana in 1994 and am married with two kids. Having grown-up without knowing the importance of fitness,I’ve had to really change my thinking and Ladies Workout has helped me mentally as well as physically. Exercising through dance improves mind and body regardless of skill level or talent. Always remember to have fun while sweating (in a Flirty Girl manner,of course!) Keep flirting; it does the body good.

Hi! My name is Sheila, and I’’m originally from South Carolina.  I live in Loganville with my husband and wonderful daughter, Alexa. I teach Zumba and Zumba Gold (for older adults)  which are both fun formats!  We have so much fun in class dancing, sweating and laughing together. I love to share with others what it ha’s done for me.  It ha’s helped me to be in the best shape I’’ve ever been in and it’’s great stress relief.  Zumba is truly exercise in disguise with …no dance experience necessary.  Please join us and have fun moving your body to exciting music!

Howdy! My name is Tawnya, and I am a certified spin and barre instructor. I began this adventure as a member of Ladies Workout and I’m having a blast finding out where it is going to take me. I LOVE being at Ladies Workout Snellville. The women I have met here are wonderful.

Don’t be afraid of spin. Come take a class. Any class, because all of our spin instructors are awesome. Honestly, take EVERY class we offer because ALL of our instructors are awesome. Variety is the spice of life, no?

I guess a FitTip from my personal experience would be this: Get yourself in the front door. If you are just getting started or getting re-started, it doesn’t matter. Small steps forward go in the win column. Keep moving forward.
