BODYCOMBAT by LesMills is a fiercely energetic program, inspired by mixed martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.
Mondays at 5:30pm and Saturdays at 11:00am.

LADIES! Preview our “athletic package” next week! Three 30 minute Les Mills classes (GRIT™, SPRINT™, & CXWORX™) to take your fitness to the NEXT LEVEL! Try them once & you’ll know! Our 1st 8 week wave starts Feb 6th! It includes body composition/fitness testing, access to a closed Facebook group, nutrition information, & most importantly ACCOUNTABILITY from your coaches! Saturday Jan 14th: We are celebrating the global launch of BODYPUMP 100 (25 years of BODYPUMP)!! We will teach 2 classes that day…. 8am and 10am. There will be no Yoga, nor BodyAttack that day. Members and guests are welcome & must signup at the front desk to ensure we have enough room/equipment . See you there!!!

Here is the Group Fitness Calendar for this month. Please note the gym hours of operation under the days of the week. Now you can get an extra workout in on Sundays! There is no childcare offered on Sundays in January, but we will let you know when it’s coming.

During the last two weeks of the year come and preview the new Les Mills classes that are going to be offered come January! Below is a list of times.
(NOTE: These times do not replace/conflict with anything on the current club schedule).
All fitness levels, must be able to get on the floor.
Mat and a foam roller required for the class.
Rollers are not all the same. You need to start with a soft roller.
