SGT (Small Group Training)

SGT is lead by our professional trainers. The small group atmosphere gives you a more cost effective option than individual personal training with the same quality detailed workout.

The workouts are not simply bootcamp, they are so much more! Never boring, always evolving, founded in science and professionally designed. You can light a fire figuratively if you are in a workout rut and literally light a fire as SGT ramps up your metabolism!

Sessions are 30 minutes long with up to 8 participants per group.

The current SGT schedule is:

  • Monday 9:30am, 12pm (Seniors), 5pm
  • Thursday 7:30pm
  • Friday 8:30am

One on One Personal Training

Sometimes you need some guidance; sometimes you need a good kick in the rear.
Personal Training might be for you.  A trainer will motivate you and hold you accountable to the goals you set together. You will have a personal support and guidance system. Someone to push you out of your comfort zone and get the results you are looking for.
